FU Zhihua, Doctor of Economics , Professor, Doctoral Supervisor of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences.
He graduated from Hunan College of Finance and Economics（now incorporated into Hunan University）and Graduate school of Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences, he has been engaged in research on international issues, journalism and financial issues.
He has devoted to research on financial and economic theory and policy with a focus on financial and economic security, regional (local) finance and economy, energy and environmental fiscal and tax policy, foreign fiscal and economic issues. He has hosted and participated in a number of scientific research projects, wrote and published dozens of research reports and papers, as well as many books.
