Zhong Wei
Zhong Wei, Ph.D. in Accounting, Postdoctorate in Finance, Associate Researcher, Master Supervisor, graduated from the Institute of Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance, majoring in accounting in 2011, and now the Government Performance Research Center of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Science is mainly engaged in accounting and budget management. Research work, concurrently serves as an expert of the Government Accounting Standards Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Finance, a member of the Performance Management Professional Committee of the Chinese Finance Society, and was selected into the budget talent pool of the Ministry of Finance.
Independently or cooperatively undertake many projects on financial management, internal control, and performance management entrusted by the National People's Congress System Theory Research Association, the World Bank, the Supervisory Board of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, STATE GRID Corporation of China, and some provincial and municipal departments, bureaus and enterprises, and participated in The Budget Department of the Ministry of Finance reported the progress of budget performance management to the Minister. Served as an expert in the performance evaluation work of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Agriculture, the Academy of Social Sciences, the Health and Health Commission, and the financial departments and bureaus of Beijing, Hebei, Shanxi, Guangxi, Shandong and other provinces and cities, and major special projects. He has published many empirical and theoretical research papers in academic journals such as Economics and Management Research, Auditing Research, and Journal of Central University of Finance and Economics.
