In July 2007, graduated from Qingdao University, International Business School, major in Public Management,and obtained a bachelor's degree.

 

In July 2009, graduated from Tianjin University, College of Management and Economics, major in Administrative Management, and obtained a master's degree.

 

In July 2014, graduated from Research Institute of Fiscal Sciences, Ministry of Finance, P.R.C., major in Fiscal Science, and obtained a doctor's degree.

 

In August 2014, she joined Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance, P.R.China.
