Wang Xiangyang
As a research fellow and a Ph.D. in management, Wang Xiangyang graduated from the Graduate School of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, majoring in agricultural economy management. He is currently a research fellow of the Chinese Academy of Financial Sciences, a special researcher of the Counselor's Office of the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, and a special expert of the CPPCC Jiangsu Provincial Committee. He has successively served as the deputy head of the People's Government of Wulong County, Chongqing, and a member of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Nan'an District, Chongqing.
His research fields include finance and national governance, fiscal support for agriculture, nano-industry policy, and climate change response. He has published four academic monographs and five coauthors. Furthermore, he has published more than 60 papers independently or jointly in newspapers and academic journals such as People's Daily, Global Times, Theoretical Dynamics, China Finance, Issues In Agricultural Economy, People's Tribune, and Academic Frontier. More than 60 of his achievements have been approved by leaders at or above the provincial and ministerial level or adopted by internal participants at or above the provincial and ministerial level. He Presided or participated in more than 50 projects including the World Bank, the Asian Development Bank, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Finance, the Ministry of Ecological Environment, the National Development Bank, and the China Clean Development Mechanism Fund, etc.
