Zongyu WEN，PhD, Researcher，Doctoral Supervisor, and Expert of Special Allowance of the State Council, has served as an independent director of eight listed companies and financial consultant for a number of group companies. After graduation of doctor, he has worked in the National State Administration of State-owned Assets and Ministry of Finance of the people's Republic of China for a long time, mainly engaged in policy research and policy application guidance. Now he is the director of the State Owned Assets Management and Capital Operation Research Center of Chinese Academy of fiscal Sciences. The long-term research of his on the application of economic theory and policy has a great influence on the establishment of China's applied economics system since the Reform and Opening up. He is highly praised as an outstanding representative of China's applied economics, and authoritative expert in the fields of macroeconomic policy, capital market, state-owned assets management, state-owned capital operation budget and value budget, capital operation and M & A, enterprise property rights system and land property right system, corporate governance, group financial risk control et.al. Until now he has published 13 books, more than 600 papers, which is nearly 6 million words.
