Shi Yinghua
Dr. Shi Yinghua is a senior research fellow and a professor in Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences (CAFS). She serves as Director of Research Center on Macroeconomic Theory and Policy at CAFS.She is a council member of the Society of Public Finance of China, Vice Chairman of the Regional Finance Research Committee, Executive director of national budget and Accounting Research Association.
Her main research areas are fiscal policy, macroeconomics, Regional public finance，climate finance, public expenditure management. She has published several important papers,monographs and books.Some advisory suggestions were affirmed and adopted by the decision-making level.She won the First Prize in the Selection of National Excellent Research Achievements in Fiscal Theory , First Prize of National Excellent Research Achievements in International Taxation,First Prize of Dong Qingzheng's Academic Paper on Public Finance and Taxation,etc.
She has directed or participated in more than 90 rensearch projects, including National Social Science Funds,National key R&D plan, Major National Science and Technology Projects,research projects commissioned by MOF, Public expenditure departments and local governments of China, and policy consultations and cooperative research projects of UNDP, WB, ADB, OECD, etc. She served as deputy director of the Finance Bureau of Dongcheng District, Beijing in 2009, and served as the decision-making consultant of Shanxi Provincial Fiscal Department.
She worked as a visiting researcher of SIEPR at Stanford University during 2004-2005. She has participated in the 64th Annual Meeting of the International Institute of finance, The third and Sixth Tokyo Fiscal Forum, Regional Dialogue and Knowledge Exchange on Climate Finance in the Asia Pacific,Annual Economic Consultations on China of AMRO, She visited Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Australia, New Zealand, USA, UK, Netherlands, Cambodia, Pakistan, Thailand and Japan for fiscal policy consultation and academic exchange.
