In July 1997, obtained bachelor’s degree in History from the History Department of Hebei Normal University

 

In June 2000, obtained master’s degree in Modern Chinese History from the history department of Hebei normal university

 

In June 2003, obtained doctor’s degree in Modern History of China from Renmin University of China

 

In August 2003, joined the Research Institute for Fiscal Science, Ministry of Finance

In January 2020, appointed as Sectary-General of Chinese Research Association of Rural Finance and Economic
