Xing Li, Doctor of Economics, Vice President, Researcher, Master Supervisor of the Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences.
She graduated from Dongbei University of Finance & Economics and Graduate School of Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences. She is also a Member of the 10th Council of the Society of Public Finance of China, a Member of the 6th Council of China International Taxation Research Institute, and a Member of the Council of PPP Research Center of CAFS.
She engages in finance, tax theory and policy research. Once hosted and participated in annual major Project to Study and Develop Marxist Theory, UNDP project, Asian Development Bank project, World Health Organization project and many other provincial and ministerial projects.
Her representative works include International Coordination of Carbon Tax，Construction of China’s Green Tax System under the Low-carbon Economy Model，she participated in the writing of 60 Years of China’s Public Finance, 30 Years of China’s Fiscal Reform, Review and Reflection on 60 Years of China’s Public Finance. She has published dozens of papers in periodicals and magazines as Public Finance Research, Taxation Research, International Taxation in China, China Finance, Journal of Central University of Finance & Economics, Review of Economic Research. She also carried out in-depth research on fiscal policy of ecological and environment，and has published a series of papers as the Introduction of Environmental Tax: A Study on the Additive Effect of Structural Tax Reduction, Resource Tax: Reform Logic and International Reference, Construction of China’s Carbon Tax System from the Perspective of International Coordination.
