On October 10, 2019, the 2019 Annual Meeting of Society of Public Finance of China and the 22nd National Seminar on Fiscal Theory was held in Beijing. Mr. Liu Kun, Secretary of CPC Committee and Minister of Finance, and Mr. Lou Jiwei, President of Society of Public Finance of China attended the event and delivered speeches.

Over 400 representatives from relevant departments of the central government, scientific research institutions, local financial agencies, universities and related enterprises, as well as mainstream media from the central and local governments attended the meeting.
