Agreement for Strategy Cooperation Signed by Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences and Russian Finance Research Institute

On August 22, 2019, the 8th China-Russia Financial Dialogue was held in Moscow, Russian. During the Dialogue, Chinese Academy of Fiscal Sciences and Russian Finance Research Institute signed the Agreement for Strategy Cooperation under the witness of Mr. Liu Kun, the Finance Minister of the People’s Republic of China, and Mr. Anton Siluanov, First Deputy Prime Minister and Finance Minister of the Russian Federation, the Agreement is a milestone in the cooperation between China and Russia’s fiscal think tanks, marking that China-Russia fiscal think tank cooperation has entered a new stage. Both sides welcome the establishment of a closer exchange and cooperation mechanism around public finance, taxation, budgeting in fiscal area.
